Shingle Selection
Our estimator examines your current roofline, checks the condition of the underlayment and flashing, and presents shingle options with honest pricing. GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed — you pick.
Old Roof Removal
Old roof stripped to bare deck. We inspect the plywood or OSB sheathing for structural integrity, replace any compromised boards, and prep a clean, solid substrate for the new underlayment and shingles.
Waterproofing Layer
Ice-and-water shield bonded at valleys and eave lines. Synthetic underlayment over the full deck. New aluminum drip edge at every eave and rake. All flashing — chimney, pipe, vent, wall — sealed and secured before a single shingle goes down.
Shingle Installation
Starter strips along the eave, then field courses of architectural shingles with manufacturer-specified offset and overlap. Each shingle nailed in the designated zone with 4-6 fasteners. Ridge cap shingles hand-nailed at every hip and ridge for a finished, watertight top.
